I love this eyeliner, I have it in thunder and putty. It goes on really smoothly and stays put. I actually use the Putty colour on my brows as I am very blonde. I just put it on a small, flat brush, wipe the excess off on the back of my hand and fill in my brows. It doesn't rub off either. Will definately re-purchase when this runs out, goodness knows when that'll be though!
Pros:Smooth application, great colour selection, long lasting Cons:none
Well it's a creme liner so it should FEEL like a creme lol, which it does. Very soft, but maybe tricky to put on if your a beginner. Overall it's a great liner for the top lid and can be blended for that smudgy-smoke look! It has a nice variety of colors to choose from and comes in PLASTIC casing with a twist up lid, extremely portable for quick fixes!
Pros:Very soft feeling to it, good color selections! Cons:Smudges a bit, doesn't last too long. Maybe pricy for most.
I've only had success with one of the Cream Eyeliners from Smashbox and Image is not it. The Cream Eyeliners seem to fade so quickly once applied. I don't have a problem with racoon eyes with them, they just kind of pretty much disappear within a few hours. In my opinion Image doesn't have enough pigment in it, I feel like it comes out so much lighter than it should (my personal opinion of course) This is way overpriced & did not live up to my expectations. Disappointed in this one, def. won't repurchase!
saoft black cream eyeliner in a pot about the same size as a MAC eyeshadow. I find this to be much easier to use than a liquid liner or pencil. Smudges easily and I like how easy it is to use for lining my inner rims and tightlining. i did find that at teh end of teh day some of it had migrated into teh fine linges under my eyes, but it isn't any worse than any of the pencils I use.
Pros:easy to apply Cons:it does end up in fine lines under my eyes
I have the Proof palette and I am in love with this. Great colors to mix, easy application, and in a very cute case. The only problem to me is that it doesn't stay on as long as my Mary Kay eyeliner, I sometimes have to do retouches during the day.
I like the "Smashing Green" cream eye liner. It may be harder for a novice to apply, but once mastered it lasts all day, yet removes easily and for my blue/green eyes this is a great way to define them.
The blackish/green is nice because it does not scream "green eyeliner" when applied.
Invest in good brushes - you won't regret it.
Pros:Long-lasting, yet easy to remove, formulation is great colors. Cons:A bit more difficult to learn to apply properly
I thought these would be easy to use but this actually sucks. I don't really know how to explain it, but it's hard to draw a continuous dark line. It's like it's not pigmented enough so there are "breaks" in my lines. As a result, I need to go over the line again and again. It's a pain.
Very nice eyeliners! My mother bought this from QVC & I've loved them since I tried it! They have several colors that last all day long, they are easy to apply with the stiff- bristled slanted brush that is included with the pallette. You might need a few tries to get it on in a perfect line, as it is a little trickier to apply than a pencil. But once you get the hang of it, these are awesome! They are very creamy and go on nicely.
Pros:Long lasting, variety of color, makes eyes look georgeous Cons:some may need one or two tries at applying this before they get it perfect, it's a little harder than a pencil to apply. Once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze!
I love this eyeliner! It's easy use, dries quickly and it stays on. They have a wide variety of colors too. You can by them individually... But, I first bought a small palette of the eyeliners to try out on QVC.com for $26.00. It has 8 colors in it.
